In recent years, we have increasingly focused on the renovation of investment apartments. Every project starts with understanding the apartment itself, the building it is part of, and the surrounding neighbourhood. We look for solutions that respect the space and carefully consider the layout, materials, light and details to create interiors that feel contemporary today without becoming dated in a few years.
For us, the key is finding the right balance between what makes financial sense and what creates a genuinely pleasant place to live. That is why we do not see renovation as separate from our real estate work - we look at each property as a whole, from its potential and transformation through to its eventual sale or rental.
For our renovations, we favour timeless solutions that are not tied to a single trend. Light-filled interiors, natural materials and wood form the foundation of our approach, bringing warmth to a space while remaining easy to combine with different styles and furnishings.
That does not mean we limit ourselves to neutral tones. We use colour, distinctive materials and carefully chosen details where they make sense and help give each apartment its own atmosphere. We design every space to feel inviting from the first impression, while still leaving enough room for future residents to make it their own.
